the total cost of printing and shipping with your current

technology (Konica/Minolta C6500), Polymerized toners, and
24/28 lb. HammerMill paper to produce exceptional color
copies. We use our 18 years of digital color copying
experience to check your files and proof your color copy
jobs. You can rest assured the quality of your color copy
job will not only be outstanding, it will also ship to you
on time and at a fraction of what you are used to paying!
Any color copy job we receive by 1pm Eastern Time will be
printed and shipped out that same day!
Need your color copies even quicker? Rush turnaround is also
offered by MyColorCopies. Call us regarding any order that
can't meet our 1pm deadline and yet still needs to ship that
day. There is a 50% surcharge applied to all rush orders.

To our Valued Customers,
As
you may already know, DHL has announced they will cease their U.S. operations
(including their overnight delivery service) January 30, 2009. DHL has
also announced that as of November 17, 2008 they are no longer guaranteeing overnight shipments. DHL has
been an integral component in our ability to offer inexpensive color copies
overnight. Our remaining options are UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. All three are
significantly more expensive to ship with overnight. After careful
consideration of many factors, including increased costs, we have decided to use
the USPS Express Mail overnight service. We have tried our best to cut other
costs to offset the increased cost of shipping with a new overnight delivery
service, but we have found that it will still be necessary to have a modest
price increase to cover this new cost.
To avoid increasing unreliability
with DHL overnight delivery we will immediately begin shipping overnight using
the USPS Express Mail overnight service. Beginning November 17, 2008 the new
overnight color copy prices will automatically take effect. If the few pennies
per copy price increase are of a major concern to you, please consider our FedEx
Ground delivery option. These color copy prices will continue unchanged.
Additional good news is that with Express Overnight Mail we now have the ability
to ship to PO Boxes and we now are able to offer Saturday delivery at no
additional cost.
There is no need for you to make
any changes when you place an order after November 17. The electronic invoice
you receive when placing an order will reflect the new prices.
