Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your PDF files have been emailed to us or you have approved the PDF files we have created for you.  Additionally, printing turnaround time will not begin until full payment has been submitted via our electronic invoice that we will send you.

Production turnaround for orders that are approved after 1:00 pm Eastern Time are counted starting the next business day.

MyColorCopies.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by FedEx or the United States Postal Service.  While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services may impact our ability to meet the deadline.  MyColorCopies.com's responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and delivering it to FedEx or USPS for shipping. MyColorCopies.com is not liable for damages which occur in shipping.

Are there instances when you refuse an order?
Yes. Orders we deem to have offensive, indecent or improper material will be refused. Any material which in our opinion may be of an illegal nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party will not be printed. Under our Terms & Conditions, the Customer accepts full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on the Customer’s behalf and under the Customer’s instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.
